Description: Tools for preparing land use inputs for the IMPACT model
        and its LUMEN land use downscaler. Two pipelines are provided:
        a pixel-level one that turns LUH2 land use states, planted
        forest, and protected area rasters into gridded baseline areas,
        spatial weights, and a GDX file for LUMEN; and a country-level
        one that fits FAOSTAT land use elasticities against cropland
        and GDP per capita and exports baseline areas, protected area
        floors, and biodiversity intactness coefficients as IMPACT
        model parameters. Plotting helpers are included for the model
        outputs.
